I grew up on this, from the Dungeness Crab out of Yaquina Bay, OR. My mother and dad loved it. I don't know, maybe I've gotten squeamish in my dotage, but I tend to shy away from it now even though it has a rich taste. I'll take the standard flesh every time, my loss I guess.
