Nice pedal, but it is incomplete and here is why... a rig for live or studio is, in its simpliest form, comprised of a preamp>AMP>cabinet. Darkglass does not have the amp simulation the is an integral component of what we all love about a great sounding bass tone. They only have a cab sim. Don't misunderstand me as I think their pedals are amazing and I own the vintage ultra, B7K ultra, Microtubes x ultra, and Super Symmetry. To simulate a "real" amazing tone, a power amp sim will be required. Cheers.

Is the cab sim only enabled if you use the xlr output? I'm wondering because I want to use this primarily with headphones on.

If thats all the options u get noting but overdrive cab sim they all sound like shit do something with out distortion

Hi! Do you know if it’s possible to somehow use that cab sim with your amp and box and not just with DI? Like you can use two notes torpedo and omni cab sim.
