how do you custome i try and they fail
I'm still learning, but here is my current go-to process: Make sure you have a plan. Or at least a concept you're going for. I use sharpies, alcohol markers, or fabric markers (if you're coloring the whole beanie boo, be prepared for that marker to possibly run out of ink lol!) Crayola and other washable markers are fine, but just know that the colors may smudge or fade easier and will need more time to dry than other types of markers. Also use good custom bases for the colors you're using. (I have "failed" customs that weren't very good because the beanie boo I attempted to put the colors on was too dark or had conflicting colors on its own) Remember to always take your time when customizing. I like to break it up into sections (First the snout, then the ears, then the face, etc.) Coloring every part carefully. The time is worth it! And even if you make a small mistake and can't fix it, don't get down on yourself. Things don't always go exactly as we like, and that's okay. just keep at it and you'll do fine. :) Also, make sure you leave your custom alone for a while after it's done so it can dry. Some customs take a very long time to dry...like...REALLY long. The brown husky custom at 2:19 was still not dry for the longest time. For months, even. I was beginning to lose hope... Then one day, I felt him and he was dry and soft as normal! So yeah, sometimes customs just are like that. Lol I hope this helped, but if you have any specific questions, feel free to ask!
