I personally really like the illustrated covers in the clinch style. If you don't use stock photos you can tailor the cover to better fix your book, represent your characters, and show what the story is about. I Think Kimberly Lemming covers are a great example of this!

We have such similar taste in books! Almost every book I either 1. also have on my tbr (specifically, If We Were Villains, Once Upon A Broken Heart, and One Dark Window - absolutely NEED to read those before the end of the year), 2. I've already read them 📚, or 3. it's now added to my tbr 😂(Blind Spot and An Academy For Liars sound so good!!) I'm also so excited, but very nervous for Nothing Like the Movies! Lynn Painter can do no wrong, but Better Than was one of my faves, so I'm scared it'll be "ruined" 😬

I'm so excited for you to read Circe! It's hauntingly beautiful and it really stuck with me. I'm late to the game but I'm in the middle of reading the Throne of Glass series. I can't even think of my Fall tbr with my summer pile still staring me in the face 😅

So when I saw there was a notification from your channel I said to myself "that I have to watch Claire's Vlog" and got really excited 😊. My tbr both excites and scares me

I recommend the audiobook for Stephanie Garber's books ! I like to combine them with the actual book because the narrator just adds to the whole vibe :)) Oh and ‘One Dark Window’ is absolutely perfect for October or November :DD Have you heard of 'Don't Let the Forest In' ? It's an upcoming release (october, 29th) that I'm really excited about and I feel like it would be perfect for fall ! 🥰

This is always a good feeling to get out of a reading slump and find books that have a lasting impact on you and give you a memorable and positive reading experience. LOL the sticky notes! It really does help with book picking fairness, treats seem to have a knack for blending in with the books 😂 I'll be reading Just For The Summer in August too! I haven't done my tbr jar vid yet, but it's automatically being aded. Summer is literally in the title, I have to read it before summer is over lol 😅

i've just read everything that's out from the manga The Guy She Was Interested in Wasn't A Guy At All, and gave both volumes five stars, it's soo good, easy fun read, lesbian romance and all the characters are really loveable edit: omg that lightning thief copy😫

I just started rereading ACoTaR after giving the first book 1 star and dnf'ing the series. I'm giving it another shot after a friend let me know that some of the things I didn't like from the first book are there on purpose and develops throughout the series...I'm eager to see how I like it now!

Definitely recommend Just for the Summer by Abby Jimenez since you loved yours truly! Project Hail Mary was also a 5-star for me that I never expected. The audio is so good
