Pretty sure this gig was recorded shortly after 911. Hence the ‘bad enough to blow my heart out’. Could be wrong though. Can’t be arse to look it up either.
It was a month after 911 this was recorded on 14.10.2001 I remember I recorded this on VHS off SKY BOX OFFICE

Oasis had the lot - a set of working class lads with the tunes, the look, the attitude, the delivery. And what do we have today? Apart from a few exceptions, we're stuck a bunch of gap-year trustafarians with keyboards and dull X-Factoresque clones - your Rita Oras and your Jessie Js etc. Looking back, its probably fair to say I took for granted how good music was when I was growing up. This one is amongst my favourites personally. Its Noel's song obviously but he more than does it justice here on vocals

I've watched hundreds of Noel & Oasis interviews & 1 thing I can say 4 sure is that he knows how to "play the media game" and/or the "image game". He comes across as being very cool, calm n collected - as though he has a very laid back attitude towards his career - but that's just the image he wants to portray. In actual fact he's a very shrewd & hardworking business man/muso who controls everything in his career.
One of the most memorable guitar solos ever. Noel is the man!
There is no way Blur is better than Oasis although I do like Damon's solo music, Gorillaz
