However, it has become impossible to contact the Japanese organizers with the Korean manufacturer, and the product is no longer supported in Japan. Today, I noticed that CEO of Petnology is a member of Korean boys group FL1X. In Korea, they seem to be collaborating with Neakasa and offering subscriptions for consumables such as cat litter and plastic bags. These information are not posted in English, it hard to reach.

It looks like they completely changed the brand because of the horrible feedback from everyone. The Pluto Square website has been taken down, and that petsnology website has the exact same model. Make sure you let people know. I echo everything you say. Even without the piss leakage, the software is HORRIBLE. ours frequently gets stuck in the "up" position, making it so my cat has nowhere to use the bathroom. Screw this shit company.
