His unbelievable talent, his global reach, He sold well over a combined 500 million records worldwide with Off The Wall, Thriller, Bad and Dangerous. We know who and what Michael Jackson was and still is. He's called The King Of Pop for a reason. We never got to see Jim Morrison's body of work over an extended period of time because he was taken from us way too young. He laid the groundwork for the modern Rock n Roll front man. The man was box office. He was a superstar in the making. We never got the chance to see him rise to those levels. Most rock n roll front man to come along after Morrison, from Bon Scott to Steven Tyler Axl Rose, and everyone in between all followed in Morrison's footsteps. Two legends and two icons gone but never forgotten.

Now I'm thinking about a RIders in the Storm/Smooth Criminal mashup and how well the lyrics would go together.
