I believe so. It’s fuel injected not too familiar with the fuel system yet.
poor some gas with bottle in carbs, that will help to start for bit, and help fuel pump to fill the carbs

if you have spark that will start the engine as much a fuel you poor in you can play this way til your fuel pump get garbs fuel level to top then the engine can begin run on his own

It's a US spec car. You can tell by all of the EPA crap under the hood, vacuum lines and electric sensors connected to the carbs. 1972 was the last year for the chrome "euro bumpers" after that they came with the ugly big bumpers. I have a '72 built on November 1971, super cool cars.
I gave up on these carbs I am pretty close to ordering replacement webers
