@@marepreneur hi Mate, the British have this term for driving a loop of the passes (furka, grimsel, nufenen, susten...) whilst staining in a hotel in Andermatt. Looks like I read to many British forums ;-) I am planning a trip to the alps for next week, but all depending on the wheather. It's quite a trip for me coming from norther Germany. I would do the Swiss passes most likely on Wednesday. Ciao, Fred

@@marepreneur Yes, only one, but big. IMS failed at 20k km. Engine replaced under warranty. Nothing has gone wrong in the last 19 years.

Happy to see people from Scotland is watching the video! :-) I was considering a 997 with the PDK too, but as soon as I got the notification for this car I went for it, also because I was missing a manual car to enjoy on mountain passes like in the video. The next Porsche will e for sure PDK and a more recent one! Let's see! 🙌

I'm wondering if that's a good or bad thing not having a sunroof 😄 Even tho I don't care too much, because I like it anyway without, but maybe if you re-sell it to a C4S expert, maybe they will rate the car less... What do you think? Yes, indeed, the roads on the Swiss mountains are just magic! So happy to live here and be able to be there whenever I want! 🙌

I have a 2017 model 450h with 110,000 miles on the clock. Not a single rattle or noise. Will not give it up until it dies on me and then will buy another one.
Same here! I still have 3 years of warranty, so until then I will keep it for sure, and then later I will think what is the best thing to do because of the hybrid system. If I can continue extending the warranty for the Hybrid system I will probably continue to keep it... Let's see, but the car is a perfect machine, I did so many trips so far and I never had any isse, never ever since I own it. And to be honest the design is ageing well, I still like it as I did the first day :-)

Call me crazy, but I was upset when this beloved understandably decided to discontinue the manual transmission. With that being said, I'm gung-ho about the 2025 Countryman JCW.
That's unfortunately the reality that many brands are facing... They are removing the manual transmission from most of the cars, but that's what the audience wants... For that reason I recently bought a Porsche 996 4S with a manual transmission so I can use it during weekend to enjoy still old school driving :-)
How can I get the car?
Prepare a bag full of money, go to a Lexus dealer near you, and buy it :-) You won't regret it!
Why lower it? It has AVS suspension (at least from 2020 Facelift) and it lowers and tightens itself in Sport mode

Before writing shit, try to use your brain first... the idea was to rev the engine in general on the mountain, to enjoy the performance of the car, but with the cows on the roads is difficult...

The interior of that car looks like it's 20-30 years out of date with some screens stuffed in. A hoarders home next to the Tesla's refined minimalism.

Probably because that car has no range. GV60’s 235 miles for $54k versus 2024 Model 3’s 363 miles at $30k. Couple that with the fact Tesla has a far more robust charging network and you look like you got ripped off, don’t you?
