Pretty sure that's his dad saying ab-so-lutely at the end of his various productions and he is clearly a stand up guy with a heart of gold like his son. (or I've remembered wrong and it's Eric wareheims dad)
Tim just knows what Narcissistic Personality Disorder is and is just acting as someone with the disorder. I am pretty sure this is what the future analysis of this show will be decades from now. It might become on the same looked-down level as other comedy shows in the past that make fun of mental illness and retardation.
