From what I understand, a wedding, Birthday party, etc are private events and if at a venue, the venue is responsible for having all licenses for music, serve alcohol, etc. Commercial public events would be for example you are playing music in your backyard or a park and you charging people to come and listen to you play.

"AlphaTheta" (aka Pioneer DJ) owns "Serato" DJ software (and all of its market shares). "AlphaTheta" did say that "Serato" will operate independently (standalone division).

Big Update in the DJ world: Digital DJ Tips has reported that the "Engine DJ/OS" (by InMusic) will now be charging $$$ for Updating Software on Older hardware (controllers).
I Guess I'm Screwed. I Don't have a whole lotta money to Pay for Engine DJ nor do I have Money for a New Controller

Tidal is really good but have to be connected to wifi. No downloading for later play.
@@djaga4404 I already know that. I only DJ with tidal when I’m at home or at a venue with really good WiFi like a church. Whenever I don’t have access to WiFi I have music on my 1TB flash drive to play offline that I get from DJ Record pools or iTunes

Hi dude, I'm a total DMX newbie with the denon prime go? Is it just a case of me plugging in the soundswirch to the Prime go after I've done the editing in engine and then I'm good to go, or is there a bit more to it than that?
Nope that all you have to do is add your lights to engine save it to a external drive or thumb drive and plug it in to the Prime go plug the sound switch in and your ready to go

Do you have sync and quantize on in Djay pro? Because that is what usually causes the lag. It's not so much lag but making sure it snaps to the beat. For mobile DJs Rekordbox is lightyears behind all the others featureswise. Only makes sense if you also play clubs or standalone with USB sticks.
To tell you the truth I really don’t know I usually use software in its default settings. I like using Reckordbox since it’s native to the DDJ 400 which is the controller I use for my garage DJ setup. I also have a Numark Mixstream pro for my gigs which I use Engine DJ with that
Yea mines works fine DJay is the best. I just hate the delay with switching stems in djay pro
DJay pro is not the best. Serato, Reckordbox and engine DJ is the best. DJay pro is the worst
@ naw djay and VDJ are far above Serato and Rekordbox. Record box and Serato has a couple cool features but other than that Djay and VDJ destroys it by far!!

you still can but its a Paid Upgrade similar if you were using a Serato Lite Controller

When you turn on the mixer after the speakers there was a pop sound that came out of your speakers. If you don’t want to blow out your speakers power the mixer first and leave the volume down. Then power your speakers. I did what you did and blow out a speaker.

Couldn't you just plug the speaker cords directly into your controller? That being said, what model is that mixer? Looks nice and compact!
I couldn’t the controller I am using is the DDJ 400 it only has RCA so I had to get a mixer which is the Baringer Xynex 802S
