    Hlo Sir. What a great video thank you.. I just want to ask u something regarding 946 s flex hfo purifier.. I opened cleaned changed rectangular ring and box it up back. It ran without any alarm but after 24 hours it started giving alarm pt5 outlet pressure low. I tried to desludge and started again without any problem then after 4 hours same alarm. I opened up the top housing and saw nothing worng with the pairing tube, But after inspection of paring tube this alarm is coming again.. During initial start pt5 is 2.5-2.4 bar then goes upto 3.1 bar but after sometime it agin goes to 0 bar. I checked local and pannel pt5 reading is the same. I'll share the parameters Pt1- .21 Pt4-1.68 Pt5- 2.4 ( then goes to 0) Feed-1.4m3 Feed temp 98°c Fuel type- vlsfo density 972.5 Awaiting your response

      Still need to release the pin manually operated. The automatic release is being operated in different operational release depend on the design of your CO2 operation

    Sir, iyong ganyang LO purifier namin ay may leaking ng oil galing sa oil sump na tumutulo sa belt pulley. Triny ko buksan at i-dismantle ang spindle pero wala naman ako makitang kakaiba na nagssanhi ng problema. Ano po kaya ang problema nun? Sana po masagot. 🙏

      Yung sump tank baka sobra ang laman ng oil. Check young shaft diameter compared sa bago. Open mo ang bowl at dismantled all parts and carefully examine and clean, follow the instructions manual assembling and measurements. If problem still insist report to your senior and the maker / office. Thank you.

      Johnmilan, Yes pwede manual operation ang water mist. I Set mo lang ang main control ng manual. From automatic to Manual select manual then you can operate it in Manual mode.

    What do u do if ur camshaft have scoring marks? How to repair it?

      Based on experience you can repair by honing of stone., or sand paper with different course. Advise to find out the cause of scoring. If the scoring is very deep the camshaft must be replace.

      Kapag pinauwi po ang seaman, kung Hindi sila mabigyan nga last wages or total na sweldo, ang manning agent ang mag bibigay ng full salary or remaining salary. Mag report po agad sila sa office. May manning agent na ang kapitan ang gumagawa ng last wages sa barko pero ang payment ay sa manning agent.

      First check the manual, may guide ang purifier manual for this discharge feedback error, they will guide you. If intermediate maintenance was done review if the spare parts used is genuine. Check the electrical connections and control card. You required the help of electrician for this problem if the problem repeatedly occurred.
