hard to believe this will taste good because Gelatin is made when you heat collagen slowly for a long period of time. It takes 2 - 3 hours for that to happen. Lamb shanks have a lot of collogen. Braising them will produce a lot more flavour. I wish you had cut it open and showed how it looked inside.

What I will probably do is take the stuffing out of the bird when it's cooked. Just blast stuffing in the microwave for a couple of minutes to get the temperature really hot

I would like to add, now that temperatures have dropped below 1⁰C. Small heater 7 candles In a room 3.5m×5.5m×3m Starting room temp 14.9⁰C After 3 hours 0.5m from heater = 18.8⁰c Center of the room 16.1 I will post new results of the lager heater in the same room within this week

What electric ph meter did you use in this video please?

The real issue is that over time a meter may either become defective, have corrupted tips or fall out of meter tolerance, requiring recalibration. How would you know? Well, the smart and easy way to know is to periodically grab up the strips and do a test, attempting to see if the meter is still within your needful tolerance. You could do basic tap water (likely somewhere around 8, in most places), then drop in 10 drops of down and check a more acidic measurement (likely down in the 5 range). If the meter follows the test strips, put the strips up for another month, and proceed.

I still can't get over the amount of such picturesque water ways and the fact that you can leave your canoe unattended without it being stolen is mind-blowing. The church reminds me of a saying someone said and that is many people build life works only to be nameless. Time and tide passes but we carry on anyway.

I use my fennel 1 in my campervan . My buying criteria were . Storeage to be compact. Variable grill plate height. Economical with fuel. Must clean easily . Be a high quality product and design . Mine is the smaller size and I fed 6 young strong men keeping them going with meat at one meal . I’m thinking in getting another. One to bbq with and the other to look at . A superb product …….no warping
