Ok, so if you are referring to the Chrysler T/C(2010-2015) roof monitor entertainment system, there should be (4) T20 torque screws supported the monitor to the console panel. You may have to gently lower the console panel to gain access to those screws. Hopefully this information will help you. Thanks for supporting my channel.

Based on your information, it sounded as if your rear gate power relay is malfunctioning. I would have a certified technician troubleshoot for open circuit or inoperable rear gate relay. Also, it could be a bad switch but that is usually very rear. Thanks for supporting my channel and I hope this helps.

First, I would check the Alternator belt tension, loose or corroded battery terminal ends, battery efficiency,or alternator minimum voltage output . Please use your owner manual as guide.

Assuming you have a Town and Country 2012- 2015. Most late model vehicles don’t have an external voltage regulator. The alternator and regulator made as one unit. I would start at the fuse box for open fuses, then connect your voltmeter at your battery, start the vehicle and check for minimum output voltage approx. 13.6V at idle speed from your alternator. Next with your battery disconnects,connect the voltmeter + lead to the + side of your alternator and the -lead to a proper ground. Reconnect the battery, start your vehicle and check direct output from the alternator. And if that doesn’t do it, you may have a bad alternator from stock. Also, check to make sure your drive belt is in good condition (routed properly and not broken) Hopefully this helps and thank you for subscribing and supporting my channel.

Thanks for your input. I too troubleshot the systems down to the crack sensor unfortunately, but the instruction cluster was at fault per Granger Nissan dealer’s Engineer. It was replaced and the vehicle is back to its normal operation. Thank you much.

You’re correct sir. I did suggested in the video that if this repair were for a customer, I would have replaced the tire, because it was too close to the edge. It’s a brand new tire and it’s in the rare of my vehicle, I have to get some life out of it before replacing . Thanks for your input!!

I didn’t want to keep throwing money at this thing, so I took it back to the dealer where it was purchased . They kept it for three weeks and they replaced the instrument cluster which solved the problem. Thanks for your input. Have a safe new year!!

Process of elimination, swap the inoperative monitor with the good functioning monitor and see if that solves the problem because they are all interchangeable. (Chrysler Town and Country only) But it also sounds like your ribbon cable is totally broken, if so you would have to replace it. Hope this helps.
