So, do you interpret it as you have 3 hours within a 5km radius or you can only run for 5km within 3 hours? 😁 Their greed became their downfall. They made an idol out of their riches, and that ended up destroying them. He who lives bu the sword will die by the sword. Do we abuse others and how do we treat those around us? Do we realise what goes around comes around? Do we get gold or silver the wrong way? Do we pay our taxes? If our finances are misused we will bear the consequences of those actions. 🙏🏽🙌🏽 There is a call towards us as Christians to work towards simplicity in our lives; downscale where we need to downscale. Do we make riches an idol to us? In the end it will bite us. Our good principle as Christians is to live within our means, and be content. We need to keep our finances under Christ’s rule in our lives. Let us never make wealth our god. This does not mean we are not called to work hard. Thessalonians says the man who does not work will not eat. But God will look after His children even during financial difficulties. May God help us.
