i'm not bashing red pill, since I do believe some things of it; however, it's easy for us men to say: "women have it so easy because they can sell their nudes or feet for millions of dollars and men can't do that" yeah and you know why? it's because US MEN are fueling that market, so we have no one to blame but ourselves! essentially what i'm saying is, life is hard for all genders. as we grow as men, we're taught to not be emotional, to always be strong, to provide, etc. and you wonder why some grow up so resentful of everyone! my mom literally told me "men don't cry" and it has been engrained in me to not do so. I can't speak for women since I'm not a woman, but the bottom line is: life is hard for everyone. arguing who has it harder than who is pointless and a waste of time as both sides can come up with a million different things, which are all most likely correct. the best we can do is be understanding of each other and try to (in a romantic relationship) be the strength in the other's weakness. men and women work just as hard in their respective fields, and so we should all treat each other with respect. all this sexism shit needs to go. I do believe in some traditional gender roles such as the man protecting the women and doing the physically hard stuff for her as we cannot refute biology, but there is no need to look down or even view other's on a pedestal.

For some reason I connect more with women than I do other men because I have learned to get in touch with my feminine, emotional side of my personality. So it's somehow easier for me to relate to women than other men even if we are biologically and psychologically different. The competitive masculinity in me is not as attractive as the femininity of women, and I would rather everyone just get along and hang out together. We all have so much in common and I wanna focus on our similarities over our differences and debate ideas to discover more about ourselves.

I'm a sub par 5ft 7in tall male and I'm struggling to make it through each day, being constantly told "you're not good or enough" or "you're nothing as man" has completely crushed any part of a soul i had left. As people in the comments have pointed out, alot of us men just want to show our love to someone we care about and be loved in return, most of us never get that chance and are thrown out before anyone even knows us.

No offence but this video was completely pointless to men in every regard. I tried watching through it a second time to make certain but this video is literally devoid of any substance. Based on my own observations, the sudden shift of priorities of the general female population in the west from home making and childbearing to career women is the sole cause of the problem(s). While it's great women make more money and are independent of men financially, this directly causes large corporations to pay less in wages due to a larger workforce and also causes women to demand higher income from a potential partner (not to mention all of the other things like 6 feet tall and 6 pack abs). Again no offence and honestly, most girls would never make a video like this one so I suppose not all hope is lost!

We're living in interesting times. We have all this freedom, all this knowledge and technology, and yet so many of us are unhappy. I guess being free and prosperous means we have the luxiry to worry about meaning, purpose and fulfillment. As a man, I will admit the current discourse surrounding men has soured my outloook on dating and relationships. The juice doesn't seem worth the squeeze. I don't blame all women or think all women dislike men, but I see the challenges and risks associated with getting into a relationship these days. I do also understand that women have their own challenges and I can't blame women for feeling vulnerable and insecure, given all the potential risks and messages you get through media. While men are often expected to hide their emotions and be the work horses/providers of society, women are often expected to look and act a certain way or else they're undesirable.

Thank you for this video. I'm a queer man and I've been struggling with my masculinity for a long time now. I have a lot of traits traditionally considered "feminine" but at the same time I really like to embrace my "masculine" side sometimes. Because of that I've had a pretty hard time building relationships with men and women. Although I do not identify as non-binary I feel a bit trapped in this constant swinging between femininity and masculinity. I'm still trying to find my own identity and your channel really helps me so thank you, don't stop I appreciate your work. What you said about equality of the sexes is actually quite interesting. I think it is largely the cause of patriarchy as a whole. The system really damages all of genders, especially queer folks (in my opinion). It puts unrealistic and toxic pressure on men and gives them unhealthy amount of power, it diminishes and humiliates women and it discriminates and persecutes non-heteronormativity.
