Carolinas College, consistently ranked among the best two-year colleges in the nation, offers programs in many areas of health care. Graduates consistently exceed state and national certification testing benchmarks, demonstrating their exceptional preparedness in careers such as medical laboratory science, nursing, radiation therapy, histology, radiologic technology, and surgical technology. The College also offers individual courses in the sciences and liberal arts as well as continuing education programs in professional skills and integrative medicine. Carolinas College offers student access to the Carolinas Simulation Center, a rich collection of high fidelity human patient simulators and procedural task trainers.
Radiologic Technology at Carolinas College of Health Sciences
Our Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology program teaches students to safely utilize X-rays to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using state-of-the-art equipment. Typically, 100% of students pass the ARRT licensure exam on their first attempt, and more than 90% of students are employed in full-time positions. Most of them take positions with Atrium Health upon graduation. Graduates will enter a job market that’s in high demand for radiographers!

I love this! Andrew was a strong, bright, determined student, and through the years since then it's been inspiring and rewarding to watch him continue to grow and succeed in his career.
