    Here's where it gets tricky. Let's say there are many factors that led to stress, which agitates your current health condition (migraines)and yet contributes to other health conditions like weight gain, inflammation. You site that your migraines have increased as the ultimate reason for leaving because of the stress. However it was the stress in general from all the factors, aggressive behavior, Reduction in commission, unfairness, mandatory overtime, overworked, being punished for your migraines using PTO time etc. But you apply for unemployment benefits under health issues. And they want to challenge that. Deny benefits stating it wasn't attributable to them.

    Always complain to HR before your quit. And always complain to who is highest in charge before calling HR. Employers lie. Read AAC of your State recite to HR.

    I have a question I worked for company 12 years dec 16 2019 I got fired . In July 2020 I got a job working 2 days a week. Still getting unemployment I do report my 16hrs I work.

    What if I voluntarily resigned after my employer changed my shift permanently without notice and dismissed my seniority without proper cause. I even told them When I was hired I could not work a certain shift and I was approved to work the shift I desired and had been there 7years and they changed my shift without notice making it inconvenient for me to work there. I told them about it and they did not offer any options or anything they were like you go where I send you or quit

    If I have more than 1 employer but only laid off from 1 employer am I still entitle to unemployment? if so would my other employer be affected?
