      Roberthardy2488 have you tried sitting and doing the movements sitting? Are you doing exercises to strengthen your leg? LOL I'm going to need to adapt movements because I have osteoarthritis and replacement surgery (which is where I am at) isn't an option. I'm also wondering if standing and just doing the arm movements would be beneficial......I've adapted yoga & plates I am up for the challenge!!! It will just take longer to get healthier no worries!!!! ❤

    LOL, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

    Can western boxing be adapted into qigong? If a western boxer did a preset choreography of movements that was the same every time - such as a catalogue of boxing combinations he wanted to memorize - and he slowed the movements down and eventually focused on flowing energy through his body while doing them, would that be as beneficial as Chinese qigong?
