At first, I was thinking Mr. Tall Man was a bit of a creeper, but now I'm not sure. Also, what programs do you use? I'm very curious about your process. I'm a big Yume Nikki fan as well. Have you ever tried the 3D fan game? It is done very well. That's it for questions, i swear lol.
Tall man is just a lonely 3 meters tall goober who pretends to be lamp street with a cardboard box on his head :) I switch between procreate on the ipad and clip studio paint on my wacom (it depends which device Im more comfortable with at the moment). If the animation is just a simple wiggle I use procreate, but if there are more animated elements I move to Opentoonz on the pc or Toonsquid on the ipad. For the editing I use DaVinci Resolve ^^ I really love Yume nikki too. I get super inspired by that game and silent hill 2. I didn't get a chance to play the 3d fanmade game, but I'll def check on it <33
