I don't believe 7.8 for E280. I have an E320 and it doesn't even do that.
the e320 was 4matic. that slows it down a bit. I have a e280 and it does 8.1 measured with a racebox. 7.8 doesn't sound that far fetched in perfect conditions

Actually mercedes fitted a very short ratio differential for the E200. That's to make it accelerate faster. Notice when u move up the range such as the E320 or even the E420/E430, acceleration times doesn't seem impressive but u get very low cruising rpm and a pretty good top speed.

На с240 не выключили стабилизацию , и пошла просадка по мощности . Не может с240 ехать на равне с с200.

Naja wenn der c180 mit 122 PS genau so schnell ist wie ein c240 mit 170 PS dann hab ich Guten Kraftstoff getankt .

Manual c280 is a lot quicker than automatic.

I dont like mine too much,feels quite boring , of course my w202 c180 is only a base model without any fancy stuff. But it's good to drive.
@@apinamiesallu3336 How to say bro, Other side i read many people who commented that they was so unhappy with the high expenses they have with theire GTIs and S-Classes and now be sooo happy with a Toyota (hahahaha). Of course, bigger car, more horsepower, more cylinders, with any luxury is also often more of fun yes, but on other side the money breakes the fun in case, so its always a decision. Have anyway fun with your oldschoolbenz, even without extras its better then the most new cars.
