How did he arrange to do this? Rules state one has to have a LOCAL guide ETC. I am sure the 'guide' wouldn't keep up with this pace... :)

@@tobiasbrunner4720 It is dangerous. Normally people climb it over a span of like 5 days to get acclimatized to lower oxygen levels that can be find in higher altitudes like that hence the name altitude sickness. And even then it usually takes them months of preparations and training to be able to make that climb. I wouldn't say it's pointless either tho, it's awesome to see what humans can achieve with the right amount of determination. Most people wouldn't be able to do this but I guess Swiss people are just built differently. I bet they climb the highest peaks in Alps before they can even tie their own shoes 😆
Kilian Jornet made it in 5h23 up in 2010... up and down in 7h15.
