These motorised roller blinds, when operated together, will run at slightly different speeds. This is due to the tolerances in the motors and is perfectly normal. This video is to answer any questions and to make our customers aware of this fact. Of course, you always have the option of controlling the blinds separately too in which case this will not be noticed.

Do you have away to safely access the charging port if its mounted 20 feet high?
Hello i have two blinds approximately 6ft each covering a 12.6 opening, the problem iam having is pairing up the second blind to do the same as the first blind . Watching the video its says press the red button on both blinds but mine only has red button on first blind hope you can help kind regards
Is the red button possibly hidden as the blind is the other way around? Try and see if this is the case first. Otherwise see if you can work out the make or difference with the other blind and then go from there. Good luck.

The Louvilite website says not to charge overnight as this will end up with a "reverse charge"? Bit confused. I guess overnight is ok?
My blind is 4m up so I'm going to be in a precarious position. Can't see the charging port from the ground would I be right in thinking that the charging port will be the same side as the antenna?
Design issue: roller cover box covering the blind so i cant get access to plug it
my problem is there is a roller cover box covering the blind so i cant get access to plug it...and i cant remove the cover...for some odd reason
