i found this song about ten years ago when i was in my senior year of high school. i would often cry listening to it, feeling hopeless and lonely. i had never heard anything like it before and it felt as if a part of me would start to detach from myself and float away, and i didn't know why. now at twenty six i'm laying in bed with my two kittens, living alone for the first time in my life. i thought i would play this song for them, and they both curled up and closed their eyes in contentment, and it made my eyes prickle with tears. day by day nothing changes, but when you look back, everything is different.
