If I push my cuticles back like that it makes my skin lift off my nail and split up my finger. How do I stop that?

I’m super new to everything to do with nails, I’m just a bit confused if someone can clarify… is she cutting off her cuticle on that first nail? I thought the cuticle was the white crest (not the dead flaky skin) which you’re not supposed to remove as it may cause infection and loss of protection for the nail? She used the cuticle clippers and it seems like she cuts off her entire cuticle, please correct me if I’m wrong I’m still learning! 🙏

Do you experience any heat spikes when using the fibre gel? I get it with every set i do and i use the low heat mode

thank you for putting up this video. I am a qualified nail tech myself and I soaked off my Jimmy Gel for the first time last weekend. I would say it was a complete fail. I soaked for 15 mins and was surprised as it did NOTHING. I tried for a further 10 mins and that is when I just gave up and filed it off. I do not believe this should be marketed as a soak off product, its pretty bad really. I must say that I am disappointed company such as LE would risk their reputation on such a falsely advertised product. It was good (but bad at the same time) to see that you had similar results as me because I thought I must have been doing something wrong.

Loving this art work! Blooming gel is so good, love messing around with it. Doesn't the gel bottle baib say it has to go under low heat for 99 seconds? Not 60? The bottles that we had in the salon said 99 seconds on their instructions on the bottle?

Do you not do slip layer and then bead layer with biabs ?

I have been having been having chipping and lifting problems with this product. I'm using the same process and products before (Tack) and have not had trouble in the past. I love Light Elegance products. Has anyone else been having these problems and have you come up with a solution.
