4 Year Old Freya Tells Mum You Shouldn't Laugh At People When They Hurt Themselves! 😂
4 Year old Freya tells her Mum off for laughing at her Dad (me) for hurting himself!
For the record - we did ask where she heard that word from afterwards and told her not to use it again (after we managed to contain our laughter 😂)

Freya & Olivia Visit Fistral Beach

Video montage of our latest visit to Fistral Beach in Newquay with our nearly 17 month old twin daughters running riot, eating sand and generally keeping us on our toes, making sure we don’t try and do anything daft like sitting and relaxing on the beach!
Time-Lapse of New Lawn Growing from Seed
Просмотров 1,6 млн6 лет назад
This is a time-lapse of my new lawn growing from seed. The video starts 6 days after sowing the seed, just as the first signs of grass are starting to appear. It covers the next 13 days in two and a half minutes (over 9000 photos taken every two minutes), by which time the grass has reached around 4 to 5 inches There’s a full guide explaining how we prepared the area and sowed the new lawn on o...
wow😮
This calmed me down. Was worried my grass was dead, but it has only been 4 days. Thought it grew near chia seed apeed. Thanks and lol.
How is it today?
whens that lawn prep vid coming
👀👀 Chris Cooke, give the people what they want and we'll supply!
fox @ 1:02
Actually a western gully-necked toadfrog very similar and equally elusive! Good eye.
How many g per m2 was this sown at, please?
It seems "‘Superstar Back Lawn" seed you used isn't available in the US.
Prep video never came….
Some don't take that time, just type and prepare to be shocked.. : China is painting Mountains Green to fool Environmentalists
China could care less about the environment. It cares about it as much as it cares about its people, very little
@@packerman7410 I'd say it COULDNT care less.
Best video for wanting to see results straight to the point I'm on day 5 of my yard and it's great to see what is going to happen.
SuperSod has a video of growing Zenith Zoysia on their site. Something like 52 days of growth in 60 seconds, with day 1 being the day they planted the seed. It was something like a 24x24 inch box. It's a very satisfying video, and to be honest, I saw germination a day faster in my lawn than the SOD/Seed company did in their video. It's amazing how much growth can happen some days with a single blade of grass. I put some Rye in a 600 sq. ft. test bed last August and I saw the first shoots of grass in 50 hours, and the soil test showed what crap the soil was, but the nitrogen and phosphorus were excellent somehow. The photos I took at 24 hours after these grass shoots were first visible to 26 hours was crazy. Many of the plants looked like they had nearly doubled in height over a 2 hour period. Looking back, I'd never believe it if I hadn't been looking at the time stamp on my cell phone photos.
is that an armadillo that kept running across the lawn
Had me wondering too
2:16 snake trail on left side of screen??
Grass is a plant with narrow leaves growing from the base.
Lol the fox is so creepyyyy
Found it! 1:38
Great video
all it took was man, and bird and piss.
Were all of your seeds under the soil?
I planted some Bahía seeds, and so far, has been 10 days and nothing..
and now?
@@MrTruth111 not a single one germinated.
@@BadWeatherfreakyou did something wrong
@universenerd3627 the only thing I can think off is that I would have to water the seeds like 3 times a day.
@@BadWeatherfreak it's grass...
Nice job! your yard’s future looks glorious
What month dod you do this in
It was the start of June, around now
@@chriscooke2678 thanks wish me luck
Oh wow, I'm watching grass grow.
Can you do one of these with paint drying?
Not seeing the first mow had me in tears. 😒
If I keep throwing seeds down every week will that make my lawn thicker
Not if you don't do any of the prep work
@@loveracing1988 and what would that be
@@jonnysnipes3123 look up how to overseed
Pigeons eating the seeds and hoping for some wormies
I’ve got a little patch in my garden I’ve been trying to grow for months and get nothing….but in the driveway I get a rogue piece of grass grow between a crack from nothing!!!!
Did you deliberately leave the water hose on the ground? The grass will not have grown there.
He should get one of those new wireless sprinklers.
@@donhill1825😂 Best comment of the thread ✨
This is the UK so it will be foxes, badgers and pigeons wandering about
Yeah there are some foxes and plenty of pigeons on the video. Don't really get badgers around where I live, but you can get them in the countryside
CAN YOU DO A "PAINT DRYING" ONE NEXT?
Coming up...... 😁
I wanted to see it grow all the way through the first cut.
Yep
mhm
Looks great
😊
Next will be a video of watching paint dry......
After the paint video, then we can watch ants build a mound,
You can really see the photosynthesis at work. It does the most sprouting in the direct sun middday.
How did you prevent weeds?
Just prepared the whole area and added 30 tons of fresh screened topsoil, then sowed the seed (and plenty of it) straight away before any weeds had chance to get in there and grow
I planted 6 days ago and not one spade of grass yet.. ugh
Welcome to the club!
Keep watering … I water manually & visually inspect… water more on hot days. keep soil damp. Good Luck!
My grass just started sprouting a couple of days ago and I planted it 18 days ago! Right after planting we got 2 weeks of cool weather (4-6 C) and nonstop rain, which meant zero direct sun. I had figured it was a lost cause and was going to reseed the whole thing until I noticed sprouts 2 days ago. Hopefully yours came around.
@@nathanregier7403 yeah we had a ton of rain and I didn't put down straw so it washed all my peat moss around and all the patches that had it left also sprouted in about 18 days. Looks like it'll be a patchy lawn until fall
@@nathanregier7403 have you tried topper ?
How the heck do you grow a full lawn in that time frame and here I am not even able to fill my bare spots 😅
how many lb of seeds and how often did you water?
20kg (about 44lbs) to cover around 210 Square metres. Watered 1-2 times a day for the first couple of weeks, depending in the weather, then gradually less after that
Lol I must be doing something wrong. Lol!!!!
no turf type germinates that fast, straight lies my guy.
Well it did. You can literally see it in the video 🙄
@@chriscooke2678 I don't think he read the comment where you started the video 6 days after sowing. Rye grass has germinated for me in 3 to 4 days.
As mentioned, video started 6 days in-.-
I always wonder how people like you get through life lol
Do you think this is CGI or something? What are you talking about?
wow thats fast
What kind of seeds did you use
Cool how you can see the temperature effects on the ropes
Boredom brought me here. I was unexpectedly entertained.
Bro them durn armadillos are persistent!!!!! Same time everyday! lol Great video man!
What camera did you use?
So How much did the entire process cost you overall?? Planning to do the same to my yard
snake @ 2:15??
I wish I could get my grass seed growing as well as yours. I have tried 4 times and it's always pathetic. It's 90% bare ground every time. What is going on?
are birds eating the seed?
Do a soil test. Make sure you water multiple times a day to keep seed wet. Make sure your re-seeding during the proper time of year
Don't buy cheap seeds. Buy ones experts recommend, a bit more expensive but worth it
More fun than you'd think
