The sage i have is called salvia divinorum.

I made my first ever tincture with sage! I’m of course worried now because in researching, I found that sage contains high levels of “Thujone”. And in high amounts can be really dangerous to the liver and nervous system. Do you think a tincture of sage is safe as it is so concentrated?

Plantain is one of my favourite herbs. I got bitten by a dog and used plantain for pain relief. Even after the operation, no pain. I've broken my ankle and used plantain and have only had pain if I put a lot of weight on my ankle. I dink plantain water as well. Miracle plant. 🙏❤️

My 16oz bottle overflowed so might wanna cut back on water a little bit.
