Ssseeee…y’all don’t know nothing bout this here blue-eyed soul! 😂
Ohhh yesssss! I haven’t heard this song in forever! 💃🏽
Their Soul Searching album is my favorite still listen to it today, timeless classic!!!
2024 in the house!
Sy Smith, with her radiant smile and sweet voice, envelops us in an atmosphere of peace and serenity. 💚🤍❤
Steve Ferrone bouncing up and down like James Gadson used to on the drumkit! Legendary funky band.. Woooo
Good Band funky drummer
The cover on this record. 👍
Dam straight up my friend 💯🌹🌹
Hell ya!💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🌹🤗
Wow Wow Wow 🎉🎉🎉AWB❤❤❤

Waaaaayyyyy before texting. 💯
Unique sounding band. Great grooves… Never dates..
I saw them in concert 2014 and they were so dope. Much luv to AWB ❤️🔥❤️
Nobody talkin bout Alan’s Marvin Gaye vocal vibe?! ❤ Them horns tho! Fire! Steve Ferrone’s drumming! Stellar! I can’t stop listening! Hamish is just the cherry on top! ❤
So tight 👌🏻
When I was a kid of 12 I thought they were an American band. I couldn’t believe they were Scots from Dundee. I wish we 🏴 could produce more bands like this.
Average White Band should be in the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame and it’s a travesty!!! When they released School Boy Crush in the 70’s they shook up the world!!! And they’re still doing the damn thang!!! Whatever happens they got my vote as one of the funkiest groups of all time!!!
When I was a young 'lad' living in Ft. Hood Tx circa 1976 (my dad was military) my neighbor put this tune or actually the entire album on.....I was blown away....can you imagine how blown away I was when I saw the album cover and saw a picture of the AWB?
Man that bass player and drummer is laying down a nasty groove.
That is funk. Listen to that!
Hamish
Yes this band is tight and just a good band. Awesome cool it's good. All positive. Just the sound back in the day. Soul sound. Just a good grove. Back in the day was. Some great sounds. I love just about any kind of music sound. rythem beats horn section all good stuff.

Alan Gorrie was pretty damn funky too!!!!

❤❤❤
All time great
70s were the best growing up with AWB❤👍
I wonder if he is from the royal Stuart bloodline?
Yes they are very good live all day!!!
Got that right!!!
2023 still jamming!
Good version, but I prefer the version from their live Person to Person album. I think it is a little tighter and funkier.
2:21 reminds me of when I first:36 st picked up a guitar that led me to play in the bass❤❤❤
...gets my libido going..
Yeah, funkiest white boyz, sophisticated funk, absolute correct.
Soulful.
Damm! I love this tempo ❤❤❤❤Funky AF 2023
Those congas man
Musician Stingray bass! This now iconic instrument was introduced in '76 and was soon ubiquitous on stages throughout the world. Check the one in the video. It's like brand new!
The Late Great Louis Johnson of the Brothers Johnson was a strong user of one !!!
Yup! Check out his session work too and you will hear lots of MM Stingray bass@@cehayes74
The best AWB. God bless you all . Marvellous. Peace and Love. This is the band .
They had that cold ass band. The horn section and the drummer was doing it
His falsetto wasn’t convincing.
... oh my goodness ...
STP? Stone temple pilots
I saw them live in the 70’s,I was a young teenager.Blown away by these fantastic musicians 🙏🏽
Excellent band
