Great build! Is this video on 2x or you just speak too fast?

Damn! Taking down DeadDude and Inc is insane, I havent beaten them in lane yet, they are so oppressive. My jaw dropped when you got both of them. Maybe I need to pick up pocket instead of McGinnis.

This is why I appreciate the lane boost nerf, doing a huge misplay like that early on and getting a free lane reset that early makes 0 sense. People need to get punished if they make big mistakes like that.

Engaging fights or catching single targets off guard from miles away with Majestic Leap always seemed a must buy for me I am surprised its an optional for your build it's interesting 🤔🤔

i’m so glad i discovered your build and channel when i started playing the game a few weeks ago. the movement build seems really inconsistent and i feel like it makes pocket’s already weak lategame even weaker. the eido build felt less resilient and less flexible to me, whereas focusing on lifesteal and cdr makes pocket a far more versatile character imo.

Have been playing the eido style movement build for a while now, gonna try this out. It seems to be better to survive longer in battles.

reviewing eido's pocket is not worth lmao, he rarely tryhards on the character in pubs unless its scrims and just fuck around, especially in this game where he just wanted to practice on lash but got pocket, better to review his scrims games than his pub games

thoughts on torment pulse? Seems like it'd be useful since you like staying in fights for as long as possible and it stacks mystic vuln and suppressor/mystic slow.

As an ex-dota player i just absolutely cannot understand "ult holders" lol. people will literally wait 10minutes for a "perfect ult" (that never comes) and miss the value of 5-8 good ults that were avaialble every minute. I still remember a specific sand king player from almost 12 years ago..

Eido and his team participated in second Deadlock Core Tournament recently. Opposing team banned Pocket and picked Paradox themselves. Guess how it went? Maining two characters doesn't work for organized 6vs6. For scrimmage or tournaments you need to be conformable with at least 4-5 heroes.

6:02 wait did you buffer pocket’s ult animation during the cloak reactivation? Are there other movement abilities you could potentially buffer their ult during, like maybe warp stone? Also, I feel like I’ve improved my pocket gameplay a lot since I watched your item vid and the other few videos you’ve made about them on your channel. Granted, I’m going from “just try not to feed too hard” to “middle of the pack”, but I think that’s still pretty solid improvement. I think it was especially some of those early active items that made a difference for me, I’ve been learning how to use the mystic active (the one that gives you spirit power and spell vamp) and i think it’s changed a lot of how I play the early game. It’s also pushed me to investigate techs and whatnot. Like for example one thing I discovered is that using 3 during the reload animation cancels it, which is helpful when you’re trying to rush mid boss. With enough cooldown, this is pretty much every single clip. I guess the downside is no longer having an escape tool if a big fight breaks out, but I figured that it’s worth learning for me bc the benefit is rushing mid boss just that little bit faster.
