Welcome! I am Ben. I have been obsessed with anything to do with racing cars since I can remember. Born in NZ, and having lived in Australia (Melbourne until 2019, and now Sydney), I have been lucky enough to attend many motorsport events including all the classic Rally New Zealand events back in the day, F1 at Albert Park, Supercars at Eastern Creek (Sydney Motorsport Park), Phillip Island, Newcastle, Pukekohe, and Hamilton, NZ.
I got into sim-racing in 2020 when my brother gave me the trusty old Logitech 920 and gear shifter for my birthday (which is still going strong). I have since added a second-hand IKEA Poang chair from marketplace and some Sparco karting gloves. Oh, and I upgraded from the XBOX One to an XBOX Series S.
This channel exists for me to share some of the silly stuff I get up to on my decidedly underwhelming sim rig, and to hopefully entertain people with my "win it or bin it" approach to the hobby.
Don't worry about the aliens, just have fun.

It mostly depends of the size of your budget, i would recommend a thrustmaster t300 tbh if your budget is low, but if u have the money you should buy a moza r3 o r5 bundle

that long straight is worth like 2 full DRS and it is far from any major cities it might be like Korean GP all over again
The IOM TT lap record on a bike is just over 136mph in 16-minute 36-seconds. In a car, Mark Higgins lap record is just 59 seconds slower, which relates to around 128mph. The car being a time attack spec Subaru WRX with 600 hp. It would be very interesting to see how a F1 car could be set-up to manage all the bumps and jumps.
Tires wouldn't last, and the engine would overheat.

Since I live near there irl, can confirm the 60km speed limit is enjoyable when you take in the surrounding areas that is until a bus load of tourists speeds past you at 80 down conrod
80 isn't even close to fast enough though. 60 is go to sleep speed down there :-D

Hey there, it's just a Navman mv660 or something. Had it for like 5 or 6 years. Does the job though.
All arround. When you drop 0.1 sec in every corner and there is 70 corners you lose 7 seconds. Easy math my friend
Also, there is a lot of mistakes you made. Take a look at your replay from 3rd person view and you will see how many apexies you missed.
