No. Initial runs are Waterloo to Windsor this week.

They're ok, they'll do for my commute. If it's anything like the Merseyside rollout, it'll be a while before the 455s are gone.

@@niallmgray The Class 455 were good trains but they are at the end of their life. I will try and get on the last one - end of an era!

@@nickbiskinis4854 I used to like them a lot and will miss them, but their time is up. I'm planning a few trips on them before they go.

@@niallmgray It's extraordinary to think that 7 years after the last 455s entered service, the Networkers had arrived and were so different in style. I tend to think of the Class 158/159 as the 'transition' between the Mark 2 derived EMUs and the Networker styling

Their motor sounds are pretty boring . Other than that they look okay.

It's a mix. The Southport to Hunts Cross line is still all 507/508s, but the Ormskirk and Headbolt Lanes were 777 only when I was there. Driver training on the Southport line has started so they'll start using 777s very soon. Hope that helps.

Thanks. Been using them for about 4 years now. The model I used that day is the Hero 10, which is a couple of years old. The upside is it doesn't take up much space so no need to drag loads of massive camera kit around. The only downside is no zoom. But for a few clips I used the old cheat of recording in 5.3k, and cropping in on the video so it's still 4K quality.

@@stestepney I would read the reviews first to see if they are what you need. DC Rainmaker is an account who is great at listing the pros and cons. Like any camera, you'll end up buying mods and spare batteries! I bought my first on Amazon, but these days I buy via GoPro direct.

Never been there so will have to take your word for it!
