Yikes, I was considering buying one till I watched this. Why did this dude have his air pump clipped to his shoulder strap? And why did the clip fail? Then they call this pump targeted to Ultralight yet this dude is so not ultralight. Ugh I’ll go with something else.

This would be actually useful if the light was also a bug zapper and the battery had 3 times the capacity. As it is, it falls short of the mark. Try harder.

DO NOT ORDER A ZERO PUMP. Flextail has no customer service. I ordered a zero pump and paid for it over two months ago. Multi promises of shipping with no package being shipped. Given a tracking number for a package that USPS does not have in their possession. No help from Flextail or Indiegogo. Has anyone ordered a zero pump and received it ??????

So you're adding an electric pump to 1) blow up a mostly self inflating mattress and deflate something you can roll the air out of and 2) blow on your camp fire and this will save you weight? "Gone are the days of exertion and exhaustion" more like gone are the days of common sense.

Having actually hiked, I think this commercial is silly. You don't get lighter by adding more tech. 😂

In the video they use the pump to inflate a duotone kite. There is no duotone adapter in the box, it cannot be mounted and they do not provide one through support. I needed two more pumps for friends but won't be buying any at this point. The behavior of the company is not serious. Duotone is a very popular kite brand and the video advertising the pump is misleading.

Just bought one. Super excited to see how it does inflating my new kayak 😊

I contacted customer service only to be told there is nothing they can do and that I’m basically out of luck!! Ellie from customer service was particularly unhelpful and rather rude!!! Shame! Id say use some caution - see other real reviews for the flextails - quite often they are showing that these versions dont really work mine doesnt work well at all i should have stayed with the gas version
