Wow, that’s a lot more expensive than I thought. Seems like I saw a really nice townhome. Much nicer than these for around 450 on Zillow last year. I mean it had a fully enclosed two car garage. It was in the village of Oak Creek, but it had amazing views.

What happened to all that land that they used to advertise 50 acres for 29 grand? I used to see it on TV probably 20 years ago and it looked nice what they were showing on TV but I’m sure you can make anything look nice with different camera angles I enjoyed the video and I subscribed thank you. I’d love to have a second location in northern Arizona. I love Sedona. I love the scenery of Sedona, but I think it’s out of my price range unless I buy a townhome or something couldn’t afford any land. I don’t think.

I own 2 acres, right there, South of Valle - one road in from the highway. You CAN NOT do whatever you want. There are rules and permits and all kinds of regulations regarding what kind of structures you can build, what size, set backs from adjoining properties, how many days you can have a trailer or RV parked. You also can't build a structure without first doing a perk test and installing a septic system.
