This was so aligned- so many synchronistic moments for me in this. I am actually away w my daughter at the moment and just used the description of the catapult to describe the timeline jump she was going through and how scary it was for her. I cannot thank you enough for your video today, almost the entire day and for the past few days, it’s in an out of feeling so emotionally angry, sad, happy, and then it cycles back. It felt completely unbearable yesterday and earlier today so when you said the word unbearable, I almost started crying. That’s exactly what it feels like, the grieving.
