Not there are not accomodation at Tanjung Beach Area. The closest ones are probably in Kuta about 10/15 minutes scooter drive away

Hey Rich, hope your build is going well. For the framing, we screwed the framing with self tapping screws directly to the van For walls and ceiling we use glue and brad nailer. Our goal was to minimise the use of screws so the van looks clean and tidy Hope this helps you out with your build😊

The officials at the Guatemala border checked our passports. Without a Mexican stamp they don’t let you in but at the Mexican side no one will stop you. Make sure you stop before crossing and stamp your passport. Nothing bad will happen just waste a lot if time. Let us know if you need more info😊

@@gypseasontheroad That's interesting. Guatemala has stricter border control than Mexico? Mexico does not check passport or visa upon entering their border by land (at least that's the case in US/Mexico border). It seems Guatemala is stricter than Mexico?

Mexico is more relaxed or at least in Mexico is your job to stop at the office and do the paperwork when you enter or exit the country. All the officers in Central America countries will stop you and make sure you have the paperwork

The slow living pace is what we love about it. We had a delicious coffee and breakfast, went for a surf, relaxed at the beach and tried local dishes for dinner🫶🏻😊🏄🏽‍♂️☕️

We have discovered only a small fraction of it and fell in love right away. You’ll definitely love it too😉

There many more other places and all of them are really good. These are our favourite but the option is way greater😊

Appreciate the feedback, we insulated our bus after doing extensive research and watching other people videos. All we can say is that we went there hot and cold temperatures and we didn’t have any problems with the Bus

Yeah the waterfall is amazing but it’s a shame it’s not possible to swim in it. I guess it won’t be safe though and they don’t want take chance of people dying in the water

We crossed a La Mesilla, cause we have been told is less busy and chaotic. We definitely found it that way
