Pinball Forehand Technique - Unleash Your Groundstroke Power!!!
I'm a righty who can also play left handed (comes in handy when my right arm is sore), so I'm going to consider myself an honorary member of the club.
thank youuu
Thank you for the video! Quality advice.
Excellent
Why is the slim chap making silly noises ?
Who is the big hitter
Machac Tomas, Dimitrov, Draper
You guys are both mid
Thanks for this, it'll really help me out!
The straight arm thing is not talked about much. I'll try it!
One of the best tips after i have watched thousand vids on youtube
One of the best channels i follow short vids with realy good tips. Keep in going
That looked and sounded pretty big. How fast do you serve big guy?
Why does he look so stiff when he's hitting this low ball?
Love greg's energy, just came off the sidewalk and picked up a racket but he's enjoying himself.
Thanks
nice job crushing them!
this help me with my foot work thank you
💪 p͎r͎o͎m͎o͎s͎m͎
What are you using for strings on that VS?
Well done. Excellent progression. Will focus on this today in my tennis journey 😎
Thanks
#1 helps me greatly, you can also stand at the net and spike balls into the serve box that way, make sure they hit the back fence after the bounce. Then, gradually move back to the groundline while keeping the ball hitting the back fence after bouncing in the serve box. That way, you gradually increase the power on your serve while having the proper motions.
Great format and editing. Love how you zoom in to the player hitting the ball. Recommend to add the player's name to the video title.
Now do a video where the big hitter uses which strategies to overcome the variety
So 5 tips, one labelled as first (#1) and four tios numbered as second (with number #2) :) Great tips!!!
Great exercice with high intensity & precision
Love it ! - Simple, straightforward ,short and with a perfect illustration.
Another hit! Keep em coming guys!
Great video, I'll try it out tomorrow morning! I think the unit of arms and body really needs to be practiced from the get-go because if not, the body will somehow find a way to make the forehand successful even without body rotation. But then, there is a very low ceiling to improving your forehand, as the wrong way is now burned into your muscle memory.
Hi Brian and Elisha, this was my first time seeing a mic'd up tennis match, and it helped a lot to hear the realtime thought process explicitly rather than having to assume from body language or facial expressions (as in regular matches)! For me, the stream-of-conciousness commentary is the number one most helpful aspect and I strongly advocate for continuing it. My idea suggestion would be to use two camera angles with the mics connected to two separate videos. This way, two different angles of the same game could be shown back to back with the server's thought process, then the returner's thought process. I think this provides deep insight while still being similar to real matches where you can't hear your opponent's thoughts. That's my opinion anyways, but thank you for uploading these helpful videos, and I'm looking forward to your future vids!
Those are some low percentage shots that require high level of skill and touch to successfully land guys. Will work on it, thanks!
Thanks guys, this really is an eye-opener. So basically, if you get a shorter ball, don't try to always rip it towards the groundline, but adopt a mindset that is more open to angle the shot with less power and more control?
Thanks for the video. One problem with playing pushers is also that your inner voice will start scolding you by telling you that you "should be able to beat that guy". So distract your logical mind, for example, by watching the seams of the incoming ball and trusting your body will execute the strokes well enough to keep the ball in play (this was a suggestion from Gallwey's "Inner Game of Tennis").
Good short content and you guys deserve more views. The "serve toss towards the box you're aiming" tip from another video was great too.
great video
Great video and great playing! Really enjoyed it. Biggest takeaway for me - coldnt be more obvious what a difference having a big big serve really makes
Being mic'd up is a good idea and can provide great insights, I like it. However, not that effective when you both talk at the same time. You need to come up with a system that can allow you both to talk but not overlap each other. Maybe have the server talk first then raise their hand indicating that the receiver can then share their insights.
Thanks Stuart, we agree and have began brainstorming ideas to improve next time. Thanks for your feedback.
@@tennisjourney6711 I actually kind of like the simultaneous comments - it's interesting to see the same shot judged from two different perspectives. Maybe there is a way to just shift the audio feeds by 2 or 3 seconds afterward so that instead of both of you talking at the same time and leaving a gap at the same time, Brian speaks first and Elisha is moved to the gap, or the other way around. That way, the comments should still be sufficiently in sync with the shots, while not overlapping each other anymore.
I like it and I don"t mind to hear Brian and Elisha at the same time

WUT THE
Another hit video! Keep em coming!
Thank you!
Next challenge 10,000! You guys can wear camelback water packs!
Lol now that would be a challenge
Great stuff, also, the camera perspective works - you could always see where the ball was landing (apart from the very side corners). I always thought putting the camera into the corner to get an isometric perspective works better, but apparently not. Great format, would be nice to see more of that content!
Glad you think so!
AWESOME!!!!
Thanks!
Smart
I love the quick short video with important tips. Helps me focus and work on small things. Keep em coming.
Absolutely!
Keep these hits coming. Very informative and to the point!
