My sister lives in West Virginia she’s 60 years old she owned a 9 mm that she sold her ex-husband that she probably bought back in 2008 she went to the pawnshop by her house like a little over a year ago and bought a 380 Maryland change some law if you had a possession charge you can send a firearm depending on what it is now this what is the charge she got something for this possession charge but she didn’t do it it was her friends car back in the 80s and after she bought the 380 at ATF agent not even a week and a half late went to her house and he was cool because he could’ve locked her up and in West Virginia you can just transfer your firearm you don’t need to go through FFL so she transferred it over to her fiancé she use my lawyer I told her she can go to the courthouse and pay 30 bucks or 40 bucks whatever it is and get it expunge yourself but my lawyer charged her 250 to do to it was two charges that were on her record This was some BS some BS that Marilyn did because Maryland is not a second amendment friendly state but the charges were from Maryland she’s always lived in West Virginia but her friend lived in this part of Maryland when she was a kid she just turned 18 so that tells you how crazy it is she’s 60 years old and it took her a few months to get this expunged off your record and then after she got the letter saying it was off her record She got her guns back from her boyfriend
