I remember first listening to this back in the day, loved it then and still do now!! People often said BC were a joke band or 'cheesy' or whatever back then, but I didn't care then and care even less now - The music of BC is still just as relevant now as it was back then, maybe even more-so, without getting into politics etc... Equality and peace is the message even if the lyrics are violent - We're still living in violent times and racism etc is still happening way more than it should... IMHO Bodycount always have been about 'bringing people together' through music.

David Gilmour is an absolutel God and is the one who inspired me to learn to play guitar.

I don't generally listen to Rap, but I listened to this with David playing and the lyrics also blew me away. THEN I started watching all the videos associated with Body Count, man, This ( Merciless ) is a great album and it bitch-slaps you with the music and the lyrics. TRUTH.🎸🎤
