Driving on mountain roads in a tour bus
Have you ever encountered a tour bus on back roads with sharp curves and seen them swing their nose out into the other lane?
The reason they have to do that is because the back end hasn’t cleared enough room to make the curve and they have to use more space in the front than a car or pickup truck would have to.
So if you encounter a tour bus or another large CMV on tight roads, please give them the time and space to maneuver safely around.
This is a video filmed on my Ray-Ban meta sunglasses coming down Ochs Hwy in Chattanooga after we left Rock City Gardens.

Detailing my bus on the road

Driving through Alabama and Mississippi will make your bus look like an insect massacre and I needed to take care of it. I used Chemical Guys Extreme Body Wash & Wax for the front and tires and Tire Kicker tire shine to give it the fresh detail look. Thankful that the hotel let me use their water to spray off the bus so I didn’t have to use buckets of water to clean.

I would have told the passengers to walk. Nice driving skills and those passenger cars drivers were very nice to stop at times

Looks good! Some questions you didn't answer: 1) how long did it take? 2) what did it cost? and 3) how many microfiber cloths did you go through? My guess is that this isn't practical most of the time but it's great in a pinch when you have no other options.
1) I had to do it in between drives to various stops so I wasn’t able to get an exact time, but half of the bus took about 5 minutes. The back took about 15 minutes. This is a 30 foot bus so it’s smaller than my usual ride. 2) Prices vary but I provided links to products. 3) I probably used about 2 on each long side and about 8-10 on the back because I didn’t want to wipe oil around and changed out often. Yes it’s for quick touch ups when you want to make a good impression and also convenient if you aren’t able to use a traditional wash.

Yeah, those winery tours can really test your skills. Have you ever done a tour through the battlefield in Gettysburg PA? There’s a few spots there that you have to be perfect in a 45 ft and where you have to lift your tags if you don’t have turning tags or use you won’t clear

What products do you use for the cleaning in and outside to the coach bus?
I generally don’t do the cleaning for our company but I do it while I’m on the road, I use my broom, swiffer mop, and Lysol wipes. Outside I used Chemical Guys wash and tire shine.
