I totally agree, these old movies have good plot and dialog. I like the nostalgia of it all. These movies are treasures of days gone by indeed!

The people of that Era have all passed on now. All the men and women of that time. Don't make movies like this anymore. This is a pirated film and has been all but destroyed but survives in some way. Hitchcock took a huge hit in the dystopia. Most likely because he's English. Too bad...

Do you honestly believe that the music score has more copyright protection than the movie itself? This film is on this platform many times complete with music score for years. If you can’t do it properly? Then don’t do it at all . Pathetic

An edit around 1:13:36 leaves out a somewhat key component (pun intended). He goes to dressing table before going to bed and he left the Keychain with 3 keys, and in morning there are 4 on the key ring. Then he goes to tell his mum the bad news...

I don't love the way he physically abuses Ingrid Bergman in the beginning of the film, it was not a good era for women.

Knew this film came out in 1987 but it didn't get a big release (in London anyway) and didn't get a chance to see it, being still at school at the time. However, the idea that these two old icons of classic cinema were still alive and working made it something worth looking into. Now, we have it here so thank you.

I'm only just becoming a fan of Edmond O'Brien retrospectively. I haven't seen everything he's done but I sure liked him in "The Hunchback of Dotre Dame", "The Hitchhiker", "White Heat" and "The Girl Can't Help It".

Isn't it lovely to see Vincent Price out fishing, being delighted for the fish he caught. He was also right...if we reminisce with feelings of Homesickness, other times or that certain someone, it can shorten anyone's life expectancy. Think forwards and remain expectant and happy, while living longer.

These two... they don't make em anymore like that. Such a pitty.

I love Ingrid Bergman she was a classy woman. She was beautiful and smart and even Thow she was Germanic her roles were always anti-Nazi.

Kirk Douglas was 32 years young in this film. Wow! I really like these old movies! Kirk must have not been getting Top billing just yet in this movie. He sure did later on! Very seasoned! Great actor!

You know, we each only get one life to live. It’s so sad that we don’t realise how incredibly precious and important every single day is to us, until we are way too old for it to count. Now that I’m so much older, like the two ladies in this movie, I know how unique each life is. I often think about how much everything changes, so quickly and wish I could go back, just for a very little time because I depend so much on the new stuff, but I miss so much.
