Marty Robbins had the most beautiful singing voice in country music. He lived life to the fullest, wonderfu thatl he did, because he left too soon, but the music he left for us to still enjoy. I can listen to "Don't Worry" every day. ❤From A Nashville Girl❤

I think it's crazy that Sundown and Bill Thaxton were mentioned like 10 years before the song Ballad of Bill Thaxton was released on the El Paso City album in 1976. Also, Marty says that Bill was an Arizona Ranger. I personally believe that Bill Thaxton is the Arizona Ranger in Big Iron, so this adds a little more information that supports the theory.
