We talked before on 1 of your recent Vids. I can't stay alive for anything in missions ground and space. I try watch Trizander and CasualSab to learn but really hard me follow. Decide watch your whole playlist in order see if can learn how to play better. Like crafting, bridge officer use, talent specing ect.

I am a Star Trek fan. I'm not sure why I never tried this game out. Instead, I chose another MMORPG to play.

This game was so adicting when it first came out that I failed a bunch of classes first year in college and dropped out a while. lol It was so good then it had a wildland like area where you just went to like uncharted parts of space and it kept going and making new stuff to explore and random map corridores of star systems. I was only a noob and like rank 30 so I couldln't explore it to the limits. I barely got from Earth to the Klingon Homeworld on the map! Harder game, but different grind, different content. Less. There were no DLC no store. But I'm not too salty its had its up and downs.

So I just had one of your vids pop up the list, and watched. In it you said something that made me laugh! You said you were recording the gameplay as possibly something to look back on in the future. I see from this video you're at video number 72 (not sure what the number was of the first video I saw), and the reason I laughed is this is one of the games I've spent the most time playing, at a guess several thousand hours (I'd previously calculated I was at about four thousand for GTA online, at least a couple of thousand for No Man's Sky, I'd guess equal to GTA with Cities Skylines), and while I've no idea how many hours you'll put into this game in total, the idea that you might just browse through past gameplay seems rather optimistic!!! But I like the idea though. I've had similar thoughts in the past, But the concept gets thrown out as I move on to each future game and the idea of looking at past gameplay is never as attractive as the idea of creating new memories by playing the new game I get into. Anyway, I'll be looking at your old gameplay as I work backwards through your videos (or after this one, I might just start at the beginning).

I'm looking forward to Crystal Harvest side mission! Blood, xp and lots of loot to be had there... Though idk how you'll deal with the certain armored enemies! Keep and eye out for corrosive weapon, that will come in handy against these things!

good playthrough! I like that you like the game so far! You've noticed, higher rarity weapon doesn't necessarily mean better stats! Guns in BL1 are procedurally generated, a combination of different parts, each having different tiers of rarity. But the thing is that some of the parts doesn't add to damage and other essential stats, so you can find purple guns worse than your common ones! Don't be afraid to sell of the guns you don't use! Because you're gonna level up and keep finding better guns anyway! So if there is a gun you don't find use for now, it for sure won't become any more useful in future! To upgrade inventory size, keep an eye for claptrap repair missions! First one didn't give anything, but following ones will reward with backpack SDU upgrade, that adds +3 inventory size! Just a weird thing for that, the SDU upgrade is added to backpack and needs to be clicked from your inventory to activate it.

I think there was one in the Lone-lands where you were in the beginning of the video. Just keep looking around the vendor area and you'll find them. If not, definitely in Bree. I too started playing some months ago, also found some nice ppl in my language. Tho after some weeks of playing, i noticed that there are very few players these days and those who are still playing are just being toxic all day long. I was doing the dungeons / flashpoints and people literally just rushed the whole thing like they are some automated dungeon bots. Since i am a new player i have had no rocket boots so they started to become toxic since i was that slow until i mentioned i am new, then all of the sudden it was okay and they wanted to take time and show me everything... There are some people going out of their way to onboard new players and get them started and then there is the rest of the community. I mostly started playing this as a solo Star Wars RPG and it is really fun with friends but yeah if you play only by your own interacting with the playerbase can become quite...special.
