There still would have been rockets in space, but Black people undeniably contributed to these inventions and ideals that have benefited the world. Also, Thomas Edison didn’t invent the lightbulb; he made a better version of it through his R&D. And it’s likely that Lewis Latimer played a significant role in that development.
