You have accounts that you control respond quickly to the negative replies. Also if you’re a paid advertiser the platform showcasing your sales pitch and someone negs your product/service, they make it “go away….” to see which comments/replies are bots, reply to their comment and within 20 seconds, hit “edit” and you will get a “Error 4554(?)” notice EVERY time and have to keep that comment. It’s a fail safe so you can’t comment: “I love this poster of my first dog you sent me,” and then come back later and edit it to say “this product is actually garbage now that I’ve had it two months”.
