Brother, Joe Nevolo my hats off to you brother. I grew up around the street from you in Neptune city on Ridge Terrace,. Scott King was a year or two older than me and your brother. John was probably two years younger than me, but we always used to jam together. I played with Mike Molinary, who is a grew up with a Joe Grant, who was also a student of yours, Mike, Molinari and I think Mark Cavallo studied under you also, but I could be wrong about him you are, and always will still be the most underrated drummer of all time you deserve so much never met you personally I’ve been in a lot of jersey shore bands, but that was way back in the day but you keep on doing what you keep on doing brother. Thank you sir.

This guys great, but here's the truth about being a drummer. You play a great show, a killer solo, you wow the crowd, and after the show a pretty girl walks up to you and asks "are you in the band?" With a gleam in your eye you say "yeah I'm the drummer." And she says "you were really good, can you introduce me to the sax player?" It ain't easy being a drummer, but we have no choice, it's the only way we can hang out with musicians.
