Amazon Fraud: CS Agent hangs up for merely asking for a confirmation of receipt of incident report
Almost $400 worth of Amazon products were delivered to the wrong location over the month of July and I had proof as the delivery photos did not match my building's mailroom. After being told to submit an incident report, but receiving no confirmation of receipt of this report, I called Amazon customer service to get a confirmation of receipt. I was told they didn't receive my email despite replying directly to their incident report request email. After resending my report 3 times and still being told they didn't receive it, I called again and this is what ensued.
