Its your corn flour translated to corn starch here in the us? The corn flour in us is to make Tortillas
I meant..Cornstarch that acts as a thickening agent :-) Here in the UAE, corn flour is the same as corn starch. A fine white powder made from the starchy part of corn kernel, used for sauces n gravies.
