When Benteen met up with Reno an hour passed before Custer was defeated. There was time available to unite the command as Custer had ordered.

Benteen did what he had to do Custer was arrogant and caused his own massacre reno begged him to stay with him in battle with stress he did what was making sense to him Custer should have never split them up until he saw the full force of who he was fighting

Hindsight is 20/20. If Be4nteen did what he was ordered the entire command may have survived. Both Benteen and Reno were eventually driven out of the military for being drunkards.

When the Spanish Conquistadors landed in Mexico they tricked the Aztecs enemies to fight with the Spanish Conquistadors and they became slaves and servants and brain washed by Christianity so you can't call them betrayers because they were tricked by more sneaky enemies the Americans and European people.

A lot of hot air was expended in the making of this video, Custer did lose the battle of the Little Big Horn, but the American army did not lose the war. The spoils of war belong to the victor - there is no reason to feel guilty about this fact. Woke liberal historians require the use of apologetics to define events in history, to provide their narrative for future generation to ponder. History continues to be rewritten by ideology and not fact.

I like how you talked about being mixed heritage. It goes both ways and some people who are more indigenous by blood will discriminate against those who's blood quantum is less indigenous, which only discourages people from knowing there entire identity or Ancestry. My own son feels this way and I have at times. But we are who we are and knowing other indigenous people do not exclude other so called less indigenous is very important to not losing this piece of heritage and recognition of it. My Ancestors were forced to sign treaties and some murdered all for our existence here today. So not being discouraged by the ( your to white looking) stereotypes is a vital part to preserving who we all are and the cultures we only look to appreciate, love, and carry on.😊thank you❤

This is pure narrative fiction. It is NOT historical nor should it be confused for such. Native Americans weren't as peaceful as this story makes them out to be. For those who are too brainwashed to realize they weren't peaceful answer me this question, why did they have powerful warriors if they didn't engage in war? How did completely nomadic warrior tribes such as Apache and Comanche exist if they lived in peace and harmony? How did the Karankawa practice ritual cannibalism well into the 1800's if their lives were so peaceful? Oh that's right, they weren't and they didn't because this is pure propaganda. ~boB

You embellished more than Washington Irving did when he was trying to get early America to accept Italians. No one even knew of Giovanni Cabotto, who actually came to N.America 1497 for King Henry V11, and was killed, like Captain Cook, by copper colored aboriginals. Peter pans Captain Hook is modeled after him. He was eaten by aboriginal Hawaiins though.

This is a dreadful video with a cliche-ridden narrative and illustrations that seem to make Colombus and his crew Native Americans, dressing Native Americans in European clothing when in fact they were mostly unclothed upon first contact according to Columbus himself who described them as "naked as the day they were born", portraying his voyage with three ships as a fleet of up to six vessels, and pretending to know the internal thoughts of the characters. However well-intended the video may be, and however necessary it is to portray Colombus as the greed-driven racist initiating the greatest genocide in human history, the video undermines any value with sentimental and repetitive narration and stupid illustrations. There's no real research here. It's like a book report from a lazy student who didn't actually read the assigned book. It is very likely the product of some AI program with little or no human input. The result is a whitewash of Columbus and a racist portrayal of the Taino. A shameful and dumb video. Don't waste your time like I did watching this garbage.
