I think the RDA grunts would be the type of guys who would fire on civvies. So even in a human only story they be antagonist playing a similar role to the Confederacy in StarCraft one and the Dominion in Wings of Liberty. It would be cool to see them fight an actual advanced alien threat as opposed to a pre industrial species.

MC is Admiral of CIS Navy, who is a Force Blank, and defeats renonwned Jedi in many battles and moves to usurp Dooku and Palpatine's Power. The Republic is facing defeat after defeat and are now on there last leg. The story has both Legends timeline Characters on both sides.
