They have a bit of advantage on the push ups, slightly inclined and grabbing a bar will help on the speed In a long run i believe youll stay a bit behind when fatigue quicks in. Lets see...

@@Kuzin329 we all had a good time and a good workout, always enjoy winning but the only loss is not putting in the work. I think I managed to finish a bit faster than last time I did it so I won against myself which matters most.
I would disagree for a couple of reasons and the first is that depending on how the reps are done in most cases the reps on the bar is better because it forces you to go lower on each rep next reason is because the longevity of the wrist being in a non compromised position it’s not like we doing a 100 reps or less so that constant pressure on the wrist can cause problems down the line and that’s exactly why I don’t use the floor to do push ups anymore because I have a wrist pain and it pretty much always/only hurts when I’m doing push ups on the ground with that being said though I would like to do my push ups on the floor again from time to time but it’s usually not a smart idea for me personally speaking I usually regret it later on oh and I’ve beat gusto in the past doing push ups on the floor so you know I have that going for myself also 😅
It’s more gains if you end up using the push and pull method with doing push ups on the bar for a long period of time
